\nStaff provide emergency assistance and referrals to meet basic needs in supporting
\nindividuals and families to maintain their housing or connect with services to find
\nhousing.<\/p>\n

2. HEALTHY CALIFORNIA FAMILIES<\/strong>
\nStaff network and collaborate with community partners to offer education, resources, and
\nreferrals to underserved and under-resourced families.<\/p>\n

3. INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES (ICMS)<\/strong>
\nStaff support individuals and\/or families experiencing homelessness to secure and\/or
\nretain permanent housing to improve overall health and quality of life. All referrals are
\nmade by LA County DHS.<\/p>\n

4. PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING – IT\u2019S A NEW DAY<\/strong>
\nIn partnership with the City of Long Beach, our team help clients obtain stable long-term
\nhousing. In addition, supportive services are provided for individuals and families
\nexperiencing homelessness with a verifiable disability.<\/p>\n

5. COLLEGE FOCUSED RAPID REHOUSING<\/strong>
\nIn partnership with CSULB and the CSU Chancellor\u2019s Office, our team help clients
\nobtain stable long-term housing in the community and become self-sufficient.<\/p>\n
