Ground was broken for a new and the current structure September 5The new congregation held worship services in Castle Hall at Ocean Boulevard and Pine Avenue, but almost immediately members took steps to acquire their own place of worship. On March 27, 1907, the fledging congregation spent $5,700 to purchase land at the corner of Linden Avenue and Eighth Street as a site on which to construct a church building. Because of the zeal Trinity members had shown in raising money to establish their church home, the Women’s Missionary Society shortly thereafter selected this new mission congregation to receive a gift of $2,000 for church expenses. The new church building was dedicated on September 4, 1910.
