1. FOOD & CLOTHING
Staff provide emergency assistance and referrals to meet basic needs in supporting
individuals and families to maintain their housing or connect with services to find
housing.

2. HEALTHY CALIFORNIA FAMILIES
Staff network and collaborate with community partners to offer education, resources, and
referrals to underserved and under-resourced families.

3. INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES (ICMS)
Staff support individuals and/or families experiencing homelessness to secure and/or
retain permanent housing to improve overall health and quality of life. All referrals are
made by LA County DHS.

4. PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING – IT’S A NEW DAY
In partnership with the City of Long Beach, our team help clients obtain stable long-term
housing. In addition, supportive services are provided for individuals and families
experiencing homelessness with a verifiable disability.

5. COLLEGE FOCUSED RAPID REHOUSING
In partnership with CSULB and the CSU Chancellor’s Office, our team help clients
obtain stable long-term housing in the community and become self-sufficient.
